Ingredients
1 jar Bottled Thyme Sauce Robert
1 lb Chicken Breast
1 lb Italian Sausage
¼ lb Bacon – small dice
1 cup White Beans -dry, soaked overnight in cold water
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
1 cup Water, cold
2 lg Carrot – peeled, cut in half moon
½ cup Breadcrumbs (gluten free if needed)
½ TBSP Thyme, Rosemary
To Taste Salt & Pepper
Process

Combine all of the ingredients except the breadcrumbs in a 5 qt crock pot. Set it on low for 8 hours or high for 4.5 hours. As it warms up, give it a good stirring.

About a half hour before finishing, remove the chicken and sausage to a cutting board. Slice down the sausage and shred the chicken into large chunks. Return to the crock pot for the remaining time. Taste for seasoning and adjust to your liking.

When finished, plate in a large stew bowl and then top with breadcrumbs. Or allow to cool down before covering & refrigerating for later usage. Enjoy!
Note – slightly freeze the bacon before you dice it, as it will firm it up and make it easier to cut.
